Ginseng protects women from beauty to health

·Weight control

A research paper published online by gut reveals for the first time the mechanism of ginseng extract improving obesity by regulating intestinal flora. In this study, Db/DB mice (diabetes and obesity mice) were fed with ginseng extract (GE). The results showed that ginseng extract could improve the composition of intestinal flora and enrich Enterococcus faecalis. The acyl-coenzyme A sulfur lipase could promote the production of myristic oleic acid. Nutmeg oleic acid can improve obesity by enhancing the activity of brown adipose tissue and the formation of beige fat. The results confirmed the possibility of ginseng in the development of anti-obesity drugs and functional foods.
