Curcumin is metabolized in the body into glucuronic acid conjugates, sulfate conjugates, dihydrocurcumin, tetrahydrocurcumin and hexahydrocurcumin, and dihydro and hexahydro are converted into tetrahydrocurcumin. 1. Anti-oxidize effect
The molecular structure of tetrahydrocurcumin powder contains phenolic hydroxyl and β-diketone structures and is a natural antioxidant.
