Over a decade of in vitro clinical trials have demonstrated some of the benefits of Paraxanthine (1,7-Dimethylxanthine), including:

1. A 2012 study on rats showed that 1,7-Dimethylxanthine is a stronger stimulant than caffeine.
2. A 2015 study on rats showed that caffeine and paraxanthine can increase brain dopamine levels, and that paraxanthine can increase brain dopamine levels more effectively.
3. Another 2015 study on rats showed that paraxanthine can improve exercise performance more than caffeine, and the effects are more consistent between individuals who metabolize caffeine slowly and quickly.
4. A 2021 clinical trial showed that daily consumption of paraxanthine can improve measures of cognition, memory, reasoning, reaction time, and attention.
5. In addition to this, paraxanthine is unique compared to other methylxanthine stimulants in that it appears to have anxiolytic activity.
6. The difference between caffeine and paraxanthine is that caffeine triggers a response that makes the body nervous.
7. In 2023, a Paraxanthine study showed it to be a safer alternative to caffeine, achieving similar stimulant effects.
