Lactoferrin powder can improve iron levels in patients with iron deficiency anemia. The researchers concluded that lactoferrin supplementation can better increase serum ferritin, iron, and hemoglobin levels compared with ferrous sulfate.

2. Improve immunity and suppress viruses.
Studies have confirmed that LF has an in vitro inhibitory effect on the SARS-CoV-2 virus that may cause COVID-19.
