Olea Leaf Extract

The Olive Tree is often referred to as "The Tree of Life" and Olive Leaf Extract has been used as a natural antibiotic for thousands of years, it was revered by the Egyptians. Medical reports from 1855 detail the drinking of a tea brewed with olive leaves as being effective against Malaria. 

Olive Leaf Extract mainly contain cleaved iridoids and their glycosides, flavonoids and their glycosides, diflavonoids and their glycosides, low molecular weight tannins and other components, and the split iridoids are the main active ingredients.

The main component of the olea europaea leaf extract is the iridoids of tartary buckwheat, the most active of which is Oleanopein and Hydroxytyrosol. It is widely used in health care products and cosmetics.
