Flumethasone

Flumethasone is a synthetic difluorocorticoid, a medium-strength topical steroid drug with anti-inflammatory, vasoconstrictive and anti-tissue proliferation effects. Flumethasone can produce drug effects at very low concentrations.

1. Generally, flumethasone has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and immunosuppressive effects.

1. Compound flumethasone ointment contains 0.01% flumethasone and 3% salicylic acid.
Flumethasone has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, and 3% salicylic acid has keratinization-promoting and keratolytic effects. It also helps stabilize the protective acidic cortex in the skin and promotes the penetration of glucocorticoids into the deep stratum corneum.
Salicylic acid has stratum corneum separation and desquamation effects, and also helps stabilize the protective acidic cortex in the skin. The addition of salicylic acid can promote the penetration of glucocorticoids into the deep parts of the stratum corneum, and can also accelerate and enhance the efficacy of glucocorticoids.

In addition, ultrasonic introduction of compound flumethasone ointment has a good effect on the treatment of neurodermatitis.
There are two methods to promote drug transdermal absorption: chemical penetration and physical penetration. Ultrasonic introduction is a physical penetration method to promote drug absorption through the skin and mucous membranes.

2. Methylcobalamin + flumethasone ointment:

The combination of the two drugs can effectively improve the symptoms of neurodermatitis.

Related studies have shown that the combination of the two drugs has achieved ideal results in neurodermatitis. Compound flumethasone ointment contains flumethasone pivate and salicylic acid. Flumethasone has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, and methylcobalamin has the effect of repairing damaged nerves and reducing itching. The combined use of compound flumethasone ointment and methylcobalamin tablets can enhance the therapeutic effect of neurodermatitis and improve itching symptoms.
