1. Anti-fatigue
In recent years, there have been more and more studies on maca's anti-fatigue properties. The study found that the fat-soluble extract of maca powder improved the swimming endurance of rats. Further identification showed that the main components of the fat-soluble extract of maca were macamide, fatty acids, sterols and phenols.

2. Anti-oxidation
The active polysaccharides in maca roots and leaves have the ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals, DPPH radicals and superoxide anion radicals.
