Serotonin-producing 5htp supplement are becoming increasingly popular. 5-HTP is available in capsule form and has been widely used by major European and American health care product companies.
5-HTP produces serotonin in the body, which is then converted into melatonin, which aids in sleep.

What does 5-HTP supplement do?
1. 5HTP + vitamins supplement

Magnesium participates in the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin by functioning as a cofactor for the enzyme responsible for this process.
Low levels of magnesium in the blood have also been linked to an increased risk of depression. A small clinical study suggests that magnesium supplementation may help reduce symptoms of depression.
