Sunflower Lecithin

Sunflower Lecithin is made from Non GMO Soya beans & is a Light Cream colour odourless powder. It is used for its wide functional, Nutritional and therapeutic properties. Lecithin is a naturally occuring group of phospholipids found in nearly every living cell . It is a vital multifunctional active substance used in manufacturing of variety Food Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Animal Feeds among other wide ranging Industrial applications. Lecithin is natural dietary source of Essential Phospholipids viz Phosphatidyl choline, Phosphatidyl ethanolamine, Phosphatidyl inositol & Phosphatidyl serine. 3. Cosmetics and personal care products: commonly used in cosmetics and personal care products as emulsifiers, stabilizers and wetting agents. It improves the stability, texture and penetration of formulations, and in cosmetics it acts as an emollient, moisturizer and skin softener.

4. Nutritional supplements: Because Sunflower Lecithin is rich in nutrients such as phosphatidylcholine, it is often made into nutritional supplements. These products provide the nutrients needed for brain health, support nerve conduction and cognitive function, and support cardiovascular health.

5. Animal feed: It is also widely added to animal feed as an emulsifier and an additive to improve feed quality. It helps to improve the solubility, stability and fluidity of the feed, and increase the nutritional value and digestion and absorption rate of the feed.
