Carnosic acid is a natural antioxidant derived from Rosmarinus officinalis and Salvia officinalis. It has good stability and solubility. It is stable under neutral and alkaline conditions but easily decomposes under acidic conditions. 

Due to its stability and natural origin, it is widely used in the formulation of skin care products, anti-aging creams and serums, and sunscreen formulas.

In the food industry, it is often used as a natural antioxidant and preservative to extend the shelf life of food. It can be added to meat products, oils, condiments, biscuits, fruit and vegetable products and other foods to protect food quality and delay oxidation.

Various specifications are available, low content 5%-60% is yellow powder, high content 98% is white powder.
